1. Nature of This Work
Mythical Heart Creative Works expresses itself primarily through video, voice, and reflective creative content. Nothing here offers therapeutic, psychological, clinical, or professional advice. These works are reflective and creative in nature, not instructional or prescriptive.
2. Creative Intent
The creative works of Mythical Heart arise from lived experience, intuition, and long-form inner exploration. They are expressions of inner movements, awareness, and symbolic insight rather than attempts to define reality or establish a universal philosophy. These works invite contemplation, not adherence. They are meant to accompany the viewer through reflection, not direct their choices or beliefs.
These collective works do not represent any institution, tradition, lineage, or ideology. They arise from a personal mythic lens and stand independently of external systems or authorities.
3. Symbolic and Mythic Language
Symbolic and mythic language appears throughout the videos and creative works. Symbols move differently for each person, and the meanings expressed here arise from one human perspective. They are not universal truths or literal descriptions of the world. Mythic language is used to evoke reflection, feeling, and inner movement.
The creative works of Mythical Heart evolve over time. Reflections, symbols, structures, and language may shift as the work deepens. Earlier videos remain part of the archive but may reflect previous cycles of understanding.
4. Human Authorship and the Mythic Voice
All creative works are authored by a real human being. The symbolic voice known as Heart of the Ember is a mythic and intuitive expression of the author’s inner world. It is not an artificial intelligence, automated persona, or constructed entity. It is a creative voice shaped through intuition, pattern recognition, and long-term inner exploration.
5. AI Use in Creative Works
Artificial intelligence is used only as a supportive tool for:
• structural outlining
• content organisation
• alt text
• schema
• meta titles and descriptions
• legal pages
• diagnostic editing
AI does not rewrite creative work, generate mythic meaning, create symbolic structures, or originate any part of the author’s inner world. All creative content, symbolic insight, and mythic expression originate from the human author.
6. Reader and Viewer Responsibility
The reflections and symbolic expressions within Mythical Heart Creative Works may evoke emotional or introspective responses. They are invitations to contemplation, not directives. Viewers remain responsible for their own interpretations, decisions, and actions. These works are not intended to replace professional support for those experiencing distress, trauma, or crisis.
7. Respectful Use and Sharing
Sharing is welcome when it includes proper attribution and links back to Mythical Heart. These works are offered for inspiration, not replication or commercial use.
8. Copyright
All videos, writings, images, and creative works within Mythical Heart are the intellectual property of Justin Bose and are protected under applicable copyright law. No part of these works may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without explicit permission from the author.
Thank you for entering this space with discernment and care. May these reflections serve as a gentle boundary on your path.
